Q: What is the relationship between Fancydomain.com, FancyDomains.com and SplendidDomains.com?
A: Fancydomain.com was our first launched brand name, then we changed it to SplendidDomains.com and back to FancyDomain.com due to SEO problem. We are now running the service with Fancy Domains but using fancydomain.com as site url and email services due to historical and SEO reasons.

Q: Can I use other language to contact you?
A: We highly recommend you to contact us in English for quick respond.  However, Deutsch and Chinese (中文) are also acceptable in special case.

Q: Do you reply to all offers?
A: We would like to buy, sell or exchange domain names from other domain name investors or end users. We would reply to most message. But due to the large amount of asking, we might not reply to some unreasonable offers.

Q: Are the prices negotiable?
A: Except for those listing under “Not 4 Sale” type, most domain names are for sale and the prices are negotiable within a reasonable range below the asking price.

Q: How to buy a domain name if I like any of them?
Click on the domain name and make your best offer using the offer submission fields. We’ll get back you as early as possible.

Q: How to make payment to acquire domain name?
A: There are several options.

  • $500 ~ $2000 USD transaction: Escrow.com (Check Escrow Fee),  similar escrow service provided by the current domain registrar, and all following options:
  • Above $2000 USD transaction: Domain escrow by Moniker.com (Check Escrow fee)  or Escrowdns.com (Check Escrow fee)  (Sedo.com LLC is also acceptable with the condition that the buyer should start an escrow and pay the commission fee.)

Q: Does it matter that where do I make the offer?
A: We listed our domain names on some popular domain markets (Sedo, Afternic, Godaddy), due to the surcharge of the platforms, we might ask for extra fee if you make an offer there. Thus, it is highly recommended to make an offer here and then use any third party as listed above for escrow.

Q: Why there is no domain expiration date information?
A: That does not matter, we’ll renew your desired domain name for 1 year, whatever the expire date.

Q: Does those live sites along are include in the purchase of the domain name?
A: It depends. If you are interested in some domain name with a live site, please contact us for detail.

Q: Do you offer domain rental service?
A: Only a small few portion do.
